i think ur weight iiz good but yes if u wanna lose weight then that plan seems good just make sure 2 exercise and eat at least 1200 calories a day hope dat helps

good start

use 1 slice wholegrain bread instead of 2 to make an open face sandwich and save excess calories

definitely the right track the only other thing i can tell u to do is go to google.com and search for a “daily calorie consumption calculator” put in the information about u and put in ur daily exercise amount where it asks, itll tell u how many calories u should intake per day to MAINTAIN weight, drop that number by about 500, which is probably about what ur eating right now.. 3000calories = 1 lb
so every 3000 calories u eat under ur maintaining weight amount u will lose 1 lb.
2-3 lbs a week is healthy, anymore than 3 ur losing things like muscle..definitely keep the water drinking up as well as the portion control that u are doing good at..great job keep up the work :)
