To get the most out of the meals, by that I mean to eat the most at each meal, eat a salad everytime you eat. for example: at 8AM eat a banana(50 calories) yogart(100 calories) and a bagel (100 calories). At 11 AM eat a small salad(100calories), a turkey sandwhich on wheat bread (200 calories). At 2 PM eat a small salad (100 Caloies) , yogart(100 calories) and a banana(50) and pineapple(50). At 5PM eat a big salad (200 calories) and a 100 calorie pack of Oreos. then at 8 PM you could eat a small bag of popcorn. Drink water and Diet drinks with no calories. Good luck, you can do it.

I agree with Stef, in that if you eat 6 smaller meals you are less prone to over-eating later on, or in the night time.
But case-in-put, the more healthy fresh foods you eat, the more you will crave them instead of other things.
Drink lots of water, and have one cheat day a week.
