I also have asthma so I know your pain. Coffee is a good thing for asthma. I forget exactly why. Something to do with the caffeine in it. Foods to generally sta away from include anything salty, (popcorn, chips, etc.). Also, I have learned that the best way to keep my asthma under control is to exercise. Any form of exercise will help. I go to curves and I go to the YMCA. I walk/jog on the treadmill and I lift weights. I do not do a whole lot of weight lifting so I cannot give you sound adviceon that.
My mother and fraternal twin brother both have asthma. One treatment that they use is coffee, i know that sounds kinda strange but it helps with their chest somehow. Another is opening the window just a tad before going to sleep, and keeping your head close to it, the cool air helps take pressure and pain out of your chest.
I’m am trying to loose weight as well and have been doing some studying and question asking for tips. I have learned a few. Walking helps keep up your metabolism, and works out more muscles than running. Running wears you out quicker and only works the legs, while walking can work out your legs and lower back. Walking keeps your back straight and running curves it in. Also swimming works your arms legs and chest. The water pressure helps ease away pains.
Jump roping can help your upper arms and respiratory system as well as your legs. lol i hope your looking for great legs!!
