You will definitely lose some water weight, and if the pill has caused a hormonal increase in appetite, perhaps some of the weight will come off easier. But definitely couple it with healthy eating and exercise to help.
i dont think bc pills alone caused 80lbs weight gain, so i don’t think getting off the pills alone will loose the weight. best bet is to stick to a workout plan and eat healthy.
well yea it could be that happened to my mother with the pills too she also now has the i.u.d. along with eating healthy and mayb walking atleast 30 min a day u may be able to loose the weight its wont just happen….
im on the i.u.d now and i luv it… i dont have to keep track of pills or anything like that…
the down side is in the first few months u most likely will get bad cramps take midol for it…. and ur period maybe heavier… but eventually ur body will get use to it and these things will minimize…
Best of Luck!
