Stage is love<3 @ 9:42 pm

I went on 6 airplanes and thanks for my anxiety towards them i lost 20 in a week and a half. Not healthy so i wouldn’t try it.

Im still TRYING to eat without getting sick.

As for doing it naturally…I watch what i eat. And exercise when I can. I find exercise fun lol. And i tend to eat more Japanese food with it wicked healthy. Sushi and green tea is my main food group in my diet and it honestly helps :]

I myself tried weight watchers and was really hungry and only lost 5 pounds after spending a lot of money on their products. I ended up using Herbalife products which were cheaper and I lost 30 pounds and it has stayed off still 3 years later! You can email me if you want me to send you the info I initial found on Herbalife 3 years ago. Good Luck

Two and a half years ago I managed to lose 48lbs in just over 6 months. I have since then been able to maintain my weight with ease.

I had struggled with my weight for many, many years. Tried so many diets. Yes, whilst I was able to lose weight. I was never able to keep the weight off. This seemed so unfair, especially after struggling on most of the diets. So I came to the conclusion that all the these quick-fix diets are an absolute waste of time.

I decided to make some small changes in my life. I decided to eat a healthy balanced diet and embarked on regular exercise. The results were amazing.

This is what I did.

I ate a healthy balanced, low fat diet of :-
Lean meats, poultry, fish, eggs, plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables (including potatoes, pasta, rice and bread), making sure I kept all carbohydrates plain and simple, low fat dairy products, skimmed milk, sugar free beverages and non sugary cereals.

I also included more whole foods into my diet. Such as brown bread, brown rice, brown pasta, beans & pulses. These are high in fiber and will keep you feeling fuller for longer.

But most IMPORTANTLY OF ALL. I kept all junk foods, ready made processed meals, alcohol, sugary fizzy drinks, and takeaway meals to an ABSOLUTE MINIMUM. These are high in refined sugar and full of satruated fat. The two main ingredients responsible for the extra weight gain. Junk food is just what it says - JUNK. With one added ingredient in - FAT.

Try to MOVE as MUCH as YOU CAN. ANY EXERCISE will help to acelerate your weight loss. Exercise is beneficial regardless of your diet. However, 80% or your physique is a result of what you eat. 20% is exercise.

Try to make small changes that work for you. Can you drink skimmed milk, instead of whole milk. Switching to low fat versions of cheese, salad dressings, and yougarts, and snacks.

Control your portions. Successful dieters don’t supersize their meals.

Always start with breakfast. Such as non sugary cereals with skimmed milk, lean meats, egg, and low fat yogurt and fresh fruit.

Keep a track of what you eat each day with a food journal or diary. This is something I done and found it so useful.

Try to limit the total amount of fat, alcohol and treats.

You have a life to live and enjoy, so hang on the satisfaction of being a comfortable, healthy weight you can sustain.

Good Luck.
