You have plateaued. This is very common. Essentially. your body has adjusted to your calorie intake and activity. If you change it up, including changing what you are eating…you didn’t say what you are eating now, but you will find that if you change it up you will lose weight again. Also, consider changing up your activity ..again you didn’t say what kind of exercise program you have.
Understand this..what works for one person does not always work for another. We all have different metabolisms and we respond to exercise and food differently. Do some research on your body type and that may give you some of the answers you need. If you are willing to spend some money on this, check out Mike Thurmond’s 6 week work out… its worth it and is based on the very principals of body type and what and how you should eat…you didn’t have much to lose and six weeks moves fast…………good luck!
CHANGE YOUR ROUTINE, EAT MORE PROTEINS..AND JUST CHANGE WHAT EXERCISES YOU WERE DOING..SOMETIMES YOUR BODY GETS USED TO THE SAME ROUTINE, SO CHANGE IT UP…AND JUST WAIT…AND YOU WILL LOSE, AND THERE ISN’T ANYTHING YOUR DOING WRONG…BY THE WAY GOOD JOB… HAPPY HOLIDAYS…
