Girlfriend, save your money. “Diet” pills, potions, and lotions DO NOT work. The only thing they will make lighter is your wallet.

If mean, if they really worked do you think a rich, powerhouse like Oprah would struggle with her weight the way she does??? Let’s get real here.

You gotta do it the old-fashioned way. Healthy eating and exercise will get you back in shape, not some snake oil being hawked as the next great thing for dieting. NONE OF IT WORKS - NONE!!

i’ve heard and read numerous stories where people try to take all sorts of dieting pills and just get fed up with them all - saying “they never work!”. although trying to loose weight the quick and simple way may seem possible through diet pills, it won’t work…at least for the majority of people (and all the people i’ve heard from).

if you are just trying to loose a little weight, then go for runs with a baby stroller and keep eating healthy. count calories and work out.

if you are trying to loose more than just a “little” weight, then start eating very healthy. eggs (don’t listen to people who say eggs are bad for you. just eat in moderation - like anything else), vegetables, fruit, milk, meat, some carbs, almond nuts (only 3 a day), etc…whatever is healthy. and start exercising.

if you are overweight, go sign up for weight watchers (look at their website: weightwatchers.com). i’ve only heard good stories from there - where people come out looking 100-200 pounds less (and the healthy way that doesn’t let the weight bounce back)!

but yeah, i would definitely take a normal vitamin supplement once a day if you are lacking some vitamin.

(and congratulations on having a baby!)
