Come off it…I did in your situation…its not good for your body….when you do have *** use condoms…they protect against disease as well as pregnancy….the pill is disruptive and generally bad.
It’s up to you but it helps with PMS. Birth control doesn’t make you gain it is a myth. The reason for the weight is because you might of ate more while dating your boyfriend because his eating habits are coming on to you. I read that in a magazine.
Hormones in such as BC mess with the balances in your brain, they are bad for the liver and can cause a lot bad side effects such as weight gain. From personal experience, stop taking it, I giained a load of weight and I STILL cant get it all off after 5 months being off. On top of that it is known to cause depression and/or anxiety, which I suffer with as well and it didnt make it any better. Doctors will not tell you all this, unfortunately we have to learn from experience
trust what your body is telling you. the pill has many bad side effects. I’ve been on the pill for the last 15 years (i started very young:)) and have come off it in the last 5 months. i am in a relationship but my partner understands and we use condoms. i strongly believe that serious bouts of depression in my life can be attributed to the pill as well as weight gain. i also have endometriosis which cant be lasered now because the pill has caused it to grow in a certain way. Just trust your body. if you’re not comfortable on it - stop it. it will take a while to get out of your system though.

I wouldn’t, just because you never know what will happen.

Try taking a anti depressant if anything.
